We have been running these informal evenings for some years and they have proved to be popular with members and non-members alike. They give you the opportunity to meet us in a very relaxed atmosphere and also for those of you who have a secret desire to jump up on the stage, and many people do, the chance to see if CADS would be the people to do it with. There are also backstage jobs which can satisfy a very broad range of talents from the practical building of sets to the delicate stitching of a period costume, making props or painting a backdrop, then there's having to organise dozens of properties for the actors to use on stage, or running the box office.. Someone has to do it. Everyone has a talent which will be just what an amateur dramatic society needs.
There will be light refreshment provided and a very convivial atmosphere.
The doors open at 8pm, come and go as you please. We look forward to meeting you.
